Recently, Wenesday the ninth of July to be exact, I talked to another member of roleplaying guild. Benefacter from Whispers in the Ruin. Benefacter said something that had been on my mind for about a day or two. He mentioned roleplaying with the other guilds.
Whispers in the Ruin is a guild that has the background story of being a guild of smugglers. Mercenaries of the sun are, of course, mercenaries. Then we have the guards from Stormwind. Benefacter mentioned the idea of roleplaying with all the guilds. He said that if we roleplayed with eachother we could make roleplaying on V.C.N much more interactive.
Imagine this:
Whispers in the Ruin are planning to smuggle some stuff into Stormwind. They know of the guards so they hire the Mercenaries of the Sun to protect them. Meanwhile, the guards in Stormwind have word from their intelligence that a band of smugglers and mercenaries are approaching Stormwind. A high-ranking member of the guard intercept the leader of the mercenaries. This guard offers the mercenaries more pay than the smugglers are.

Whispers in the Ruin are setting up camp for the night. When they wake up in the morning they find that the mercenaries they hired are gone. They send scouts ahead to look for anything suspicious. The scouts come back with grave news. The mercenaries have joined the Stormwind guard.

As you can see, roleplaying with other guilds could create much more interactive roleplay. The guilds can still have internal conflicts. We can still have marriages and funerals and all that good stuff. But we're mercenaries! We receive missions from others and do those missions! Think about it.
