**How things will work**

As we already have 2 Mod applications I've come up with a plan that will help us decide which people we think able to do the job.

If you Mod application is good enough, i will end allow you to have a weeks trial. In this time you must show me:

1. Dedication to the guild, in game and forum.
2. That you can handle the forum without asking me hundreds of questions (I dont mind a few)
3. You can throw ideas at me, but with help. I.E (Dan we need a new layout/Buttos) "Gives a Link, or things you have made to me"
4. That you are mature enough and capable of a job.
